Our project provides structured community support year-round. Below is our baseline operational calendar. Specific site hours, mobile van locations, and library workshop dates are updated continuously.

❄️ Winter & Spring Cycle: Active Tax Filing Phase (January 15 – April 15)

• Weekly VITA/TCE Intake Days: Every Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at our primary community hub. Certified preparers will handle current-year returns on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Senior Center Mobile Clinics: Held every Saturday at local senior centers to provide on-site Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE).

☀️ Summer & Fall Cycle: Controversy & Literacy Phase (May 1 – December 15)

• LITC Legal Intake Sessions: Every Monday by pre-scheduled appointment. Our Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic reviews active IRS audit notices, lines, and levies.
• Community Tax Literacy Workshops: Held on the first Monday of every month. These public educational seminars cover topics such as:
  • Understanding Your IRS Notice (How to decode a CP2000 letter).
  • Protecting Your Identity: Defending Against Senior Financial Scams.
  • Maximizing Your Credits: Preparing for the next tax cycle.
